Exterior of Property
- Perform visual inspection of all exterior areas
- Minor loose debris pick-up
- Move mail and packages to safe/designated location
- Exterior light bulb replacement
- Check for termite tubes
Interior of Property
- Perform visual inspection of all interior areas
- Replacing air filters
- Replacing appliance water filters or adding salt to water softener
- Replacing smoke alarm batteries
- Check for moisture and mold
Additional seasonal, long-term unoccupied, or other home watch services include:
- Pre storm season visual exterior and interior inspection
- Post storm season visual exterior and interior inspection
- Drain and refill water heaters

3. Sign Contract, Arrange Payment, Set Up Service Schedule
At the end of the consultation, you will have the opportunity to select services needed, complete and sign a service contract, arrange payment, and schedule reoccurring service on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis. We offer month-to-month, seasonal, or long-term service contract options. Payment is due prior to each service.

Our Home Watch Reporting System
Lock and Leave Home Watch uses HomeWatchIT for our operations system. Using our checklist customized to your needs based on Home Watch industry best practices, we are able to check your home, note discrepancies, take pictures, and email a time stamped, GPS location verified report to you. Client Setup
New clients are setup through our on-boarding process which includes:
- An inventory of the major building components, operating systems, and major appliances
- An assessment of current vendors or service providers
- Establish reoccurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule for services
Exterior Inspection and Services (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
We want your home to look its best, inside and out. We perform exterior inspection of obvious issues, check or confirm the completion and quality of exterior vendor work (landscape service, pool service, etc.) and also perform other typical routine tasks such as:
- Minor debris and waste clean up
- Move mail and package to safe/designated location
- Sweep/blow driveway and walkways
- Minor weed spray or pull
- Minor irrigation replacement/repair
- Exterior light bulb replacement
- Check for termite tubes
Interior Inspection and Services (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
We also perform an interior inspection of obvious issues, check or confirm the completion and quality of interior vendor or contract work and also perform other typical routine tasks such as:
- Replacing air filters
- Replacing appliance water filters or adding salt to water softener
- Replacing smoke alarm batteries
- Moisture and mold inspection
- Hydrometer readings every visit
Vacant and Unoccupied Home Services (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
Heading out of town for an extended period of time? Our comprehensive package also includes vacant and unoccupied home watch services such as:
